Managing Batches

This section explains how you can create and manage batches to organize users and perform batch-level actions easily.

View All Batches

When you open Batch Management, you will see the complete list of batches in one place.
 The list shows details like:

  • Batch name

  • Number of users in the batch

  • Subscription expiry

  • Batch status

You can quickly locate a batch using the search option.

Create and Manage Batches

You can create batches to group users based on courses, timelines, or access needs.
 Within each batch, you can:

  • Add existing users

  • Remove users in bulk

  • Clone an existing batch

  • Delete a batch when it is no longer needed

Perform Actions on Batches

Batch Management allows you to perform actions for all users in a batch at once.
 You can:

  • Extend subscription expiry

  • Force logout users

  • Export user details

  • Manage batch-level access

Batch Management helps you stay organized by grouping users effectively and handling batch-level operations quickly from a single place.
