White-Labelling Domain and Branding

Created by Testpress Support, Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 5:16 PM by Testpress Support

This section explains how Testpress lets you run your learning platform as your own system, without exposing Testpress branding to learners.

White-labelling is meant for teams that want their platform to feel like a direct extension of their organisation, not a third-party tool.

This includes:

  • Custom Domain

  • White-Labelled Email

  • White-Labelled Mobile App

Custom Domain

A custom domain lets you access your Testpress portal using your own website address instead of a Testpress URL.

Why this is useful:

  • Your portal lives under the same domain as your website and marketing pages

  • Learners don’t see Testpress URLs during login, payments, or access

  • Useful when onboarding institutions, enterprises, or large batches of users

Example:
learn.yourbrand.com

White-Labelled Email

White-labelled email means that all system emails are sent using your email identity instead of a Testpress address.

Why this is useful:

  • Login, OTP, and payment emails clearly belong to your platform

  • Learners don’t get confused by unfamiliar sender names

  • Support and communication feel consistent

Includes:

  • Your sender name

  • Your email domain

White-Labelled Mobile App

A white-labelled mobile app lets learners access your content through an app that carries your name and logo.

Why this is useful:

  • Learners install one app that is dedicated to your platform

  • No dependency on shared or generic learning apps

  • Suitable for long-term programs and repeat learners

Who Manages This Setup?

All white-labelling setup is handled by the Testpress team.
You only need to share the required branding details when requested.
